OK, got a question here about the amount of sweat your body produces... All my life (i'm 26 years old) I've never been one to sweat easily. Sports growing up, gym classes... all that, I'd be the last person to start sweating. and small amounts at that...

I've been consistantly going to the gym to workout now for the past 9 months (mostly cardio). I've noticed that the past three months that my body just sweats like crazy now. I'm like a walking rain cloud.

I'm in much better shape than I used to be, does that have anything to do with it? Sounds crazy, because i've seen fat ass guys sweat while sitting at a table eating. Or is this just something now that i'm getting older?

It's no big deal, sweat is sweat... just curious and I know there are some body experts on this forum that may have an answer.

Thanks

Taking any meds or supplements? Also some foods and definitely coffee can dramatically boost metabolism.

I had a simliar problem when I started taking a thermogenic supplement to cut up.

I never sweat and my gym is frigid year round.Soon as I added those pills to my regimen,I became quite a slippery fellow.

I've been taking a multivitamin daily now that you mention it.... but nothing else.

Glad to hear I'm not the only person experiencing this type of thing tho.
